Brittany was a client on a very fixed budget. I'm glad you found a way to help her obtain a mortgage. The home initially failed the fha appraisal but with the cooperation of the sellers and a reappraisal we were able to get back on track

It was a pleasure to work with Youssef and his team now for a third time. Like the other transactions, they made what could be a daunting process one of the easiest parts of my home buying experience. Youssef is a wealth of knowledge and it’s evident he truly loves what he does. He was always eager to answer my endless list of questions and never made me feel like a burden. From start to finish I felt like everyone involved in this process treated me as if their own family member was getting a mortgage. Everyone was so knowledgeable and moved fast! Kristina and Youssef made sure ever everything moved fast to get me to underwriting. Nicole was amazing and got everything in order to made sure I was cleared to close.
