Had the pleasure of working with Youssef on getting my home refinanced. Youssef gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision after breaking down all costs involved in refinancing. Youssef was great to work with. He kept me informed about everything that was happening. If I had a question he would get back to me right away even if he didn't know the answer. He would find out the answer for me. I loved working with Youssef! I unfortunately cannot say the same about his colleagues, but this has nothing to do with Youssef at all! I just closed my third mortgage with Youssef, and as always, he was always on top of things and honest. If he could do something, he would say so, and if not, he would let me know. He always responds to inquiries quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. If I were to buy another house in the area I would go right back to Youssef. Keep up the great work!
